Committees

Hears any appeals from decisions of the IEB on internal charges and other matters and recommends action by Convention.

The Constitution and Laws Committee reviews proposed amendments to the International Constitution and recommends appropriate action by the Convention.

The Credentials Committee reports on the number of delegates and alternates registered and the number of votes eligible to be cast, and makes determinations that are reported to the Convention on the seating of delegates whose registrations were submitted after the constitutional deadline or whose eligibility has been challenged.

The Resolutions Committee reviews proposed resolutions on issues other than Constitutional Amendments and recommends appropriate action by the Convention.

The Roll Call Committee administers roll call votes and considers protests of International officer elections.

The Rules Committee reviews rules from prior Convention and proposes rules for 2024 Convention with any recommended changes.

The Sergeant-At-Arms assists the presiding officer in enforcing Convention Standing Rules and maintaining order.
